The Details

The banquet will be held in the CHS cafeteria on May 2, 2025.  We will enjoy a fully catered dinner with a full awards program following.  Applaud and celebrate students' many achievements and improvements together.  

All Band Class Students, Marching Band and/or Winter Guard Members who have paid their fees for 2024-2025 will have their meal provided at no cost.  For students who did not pay fees, or for additional guests, cost is $10.00 per person.  Payment may be made via credit card in advance, or via cash or check to the band lockbox or at the door.

Due to the size of the band program, pre-registration is required. Space is limited, and we need accurate numbers for dinner. Registration and Payment for additional attendees is due prior to the banquet date.  No refunds will be given.
